Sheri Elaine Rhodin

Februay 28, 1958 - February 13, 2015

Sherri Elaine Rhodin was born on Lady’s Island, SC on February 28, 1958. Sherri started to learn the truth about God’s kingdom at age 8. At age 9, she conducted her first Bible study with another young one. Sherri was asked to share her Bible study experience on a Circuit Assembly part when she was just 9 years old. At 15, Sherri dedicated herself to Jehovah God at a Circuit Assembly in Savannah, GA in 1972.

After high school, she wanted to help where the need was great. The first place was Walterboro for one month with another sister from Lady’s Island. Then she went to Texas for three years as a regular pioneer. Then she went to Texas with her cousins who are special pioneers and began regular pioneering. When returning to Beaufort, she continued pioneering with some friends who were also full-time ministers. Her total years of full-time service, teaching others about the Bible came to about 22 years. Her health caused her to slow down and to leave the pioneer ranks. Although she could not teach in the full time ranks, she remained faithful to Jehovah and Jesus and continued to give her very best to Jehovah and his kingdom interests..

She fell asleep in death on February 13, 2015. Her loss has caused a void in the lives of those she has left behind. Her Mother, Earlene Singleton, her sister Doreen Rhodin, her brothers, Clarence, Carl and Terry Rhodin, her nieces Kiera Rhodin, Diamond Taylor, Lamere Rhodin, Amber Rhodin, Shaidel Rhodin, her uncle, Norman Singleton, her Aunts, Lillie Mae Washington, Mary Moran, Daisy Singleton and Alma Singleton, many cousins too numerous to record, her sister-in-law Sylvia Rhodin, grand nieces and nephews, her dear friends Mark Delaney and Jacqueline Smith, and many other dear friends.
