 Sister Maggie Eva Mack 90 the daughter of the late Tom and Mary   Mack  was born November 20, 1924 on Jenkins plantation St. Helena Island SC. She received her formal education in the South Pine School on St. Helena Island.
    At an early age, sister Maggie joined Orange Grove Baptist Church where she was a faithful and dedicated member. Maggie joined hand in Holy matrimony to Benjamin Green on August 7, 1948. Sister Maggie worked diligently and retired after 28 years of faithful service from the Air Station as a cook.  Maggie as she was call love cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends.
        On Monday, March 16, 2015 sister Maggie Green was called from labor to reward by her Heavenly Father, from her residence on St. Helena Island. Maggie Eva Green, was  preceded in death by  her parents, two brothers Ezekiel and William Mack, sister Rebecca Mack, two sons Benjamin and Kenneth Green.
    She leaves to cherish fond memories to her loving family which includes three daughters Corine G. Lynard, Jessie Mae  Green of St. Helena and Sheila Green of Manhattan NY; two sons Harold (Claretha) Green of St. Helena and Matthew (Stacie) Green of Burton SC; one brother Rufus Leon Mack of St. Helena; one sister sister Florence Mack of St. Helena; sister in law Helen Mack of St. Helena; devoted nieces Flossie Scott, Gladys Green both of St. Helena and Elizabeth Sawyer of Jacksonboro SC. ; two devoted nephews Paul Byran and Henry Green; two daughters in law Victoria and Barrion Green both of St. Helena.;  devoted cousin  Jannie Miller   15 grand children, 17 great grand children and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.
