Birth- A Child was Born
Dominick Earl Mitchell, Sr. aka Nick, son of the late Raymond Earl Mitchell, and Ella Mitchell, was born on November 13, 1973, in Mecklenburg County.
Life- A Life Well Lived
Dominick was baptized and joined Macedonia Holiness Church at an early age. There, he was a member of the choir. He attended Albemarle Road Jr. High School and Independence High School. In 2014, he founded GM Commercial, Inc. were he retired.
Family meant so much to Dominick and he was a loyal participant at many family functions. Being a husband brought great joy to him. He loved his wife with everything in him. He took pride in leading and teaching his family the things they needed to know and also some things they didn’t want to know. Fatherhood was the most important role, and he took it very seriously. He loved ALL his children very much and he had a special love for all of his childrem. He constantly instilled in them all the things they would need to know, as well as important values. Their relationship showed how closely they were bonded to one another.
For those special family and friends he allowed to be a part of his life, he left a piece of himself with each and everyone of them. Always putting something on their mind to think about. If you were lucky, you may even get to hear him sing a melody.
