Geraldine Aiken Walker, 64, of Walterboro, SC, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022, at her residence. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our tribute wall.

Geraldine Aiken Walker was born on February  4, 1958 to James Isiah Aiken Sr. and Queen Esther Williams Aiken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She attended Ruffin High School and graduated from Walterboro High School with the class of 1975. She worked with the Colleton County School District driving bus, LRTA, Board of Disability, and Palmetto Breeze before she retired. Geraldine was formerly married to Derrick Walker Sr.
Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers: James I. Aiken Jr., Edward Aiken Sr. and Howard Aiken, one sister: Deloris Aiken, and a dear devoted companion, St. Clair Gathers, who was like a father to her children.
Geraldine leaves to cherish her memories, on daughter: Deidre Walker, and one son: Derrick Walker Jr. and Son in law, Clyde Brown. Three Granddaughters: Dinaejha Brunson, Amahjahnai Walker and Clyasia Walker Brown. One uncle: Vander Williams Jr. and one aunt: Bonnie Aiken. Three brothers: David Womble, Michael Aiken Sr. and Ulyscee Aiken. Three sisters: Gloria A. Jenkins, Elaine Breland and Pamela Aiken. Sisters in law: Marie Aiken, Marcella Aiken Brock and Amanda Aiken Brown. Numerous nieces and nephews; special friends: Amy Ferguson and Dot Myers Voyd, along with a host of cousins and other friends.
